My go to contractor for any minor home improvement, from a repairing a leak, to sheetrock, to building my kids a full blown tree house, it only made sense to hire the best and have Carlos and team for transform my unfinished basement into a real one bedroom apartment. Carlos Ortiz is a treasure. We were sure we would need to have our old rotting deck rebuilt from scratch but Carlos was able to restore it beautifully for a fraction of what rebuilding would cost. He installed a new sliding glass door, installed air conditioners, and did various repairs. He seems to know everything about anything to do with home maintenance. He has a great sense of humor and is truly a genuinely nice guy and a pleasure to have at our home.
